NFF Election is non-negotiable- Amoni Biambo

Chairman of Nigeria Football Federation Electoral Committee, Amoni Biambo has insisted that the polls and timetable for the elections were fixed by the General Assembly which is the supreme body of Nigerian football thus, making the elections non-negotiable.

The leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation had earlier called on all Nigerians to discountenance a statement by the Chairman of NFF Electoral Committee, Amoni Biambo, to the effect that elections into the NFF Executive Committee will hold at the General Assembly of Tuesday, 26th August, 2014.

“Well by the Grace of God, FIFA said its non-negotiable. I did not fix the time-table, it was the congress, which is the supreme body that fixed the time-table and FIFA has branded it as non-negotiable” he told footballlive.ng. 

“Whatever part that is struggling in one way or the other and straining the efforts of Nigerians because of their personal interest, God will forgive them all”
