Bayelsa United coach Richard Bubagha is confident his
side will upturn their two-goal deficit to advance to the next round of the CAF
Confederations Cup.
The Restoration Boys lost 2-0 to Sewe Sport of Ivory
Coast in the first-leg playoff encounter played last Weekend.
But Bayelsa welcome the Ivoriens to the Sapele Township
Stadium this weekend for the return leg which Bubagha is confident his side can
reverse their fortunes.
“We will approach the match with a good attitude. I still
hope to qualify in the return leg. I know that we will see a much better team
in Nigeria," Bubagha said.
Bayelsa United are Nigeria's only surviving
representatives on the continent this season, after Kano Pillars, Enyimba and
Warri Wolves fell along the way. The club will need to win by three un-replied
goals to qualify for the group stage.
