Kanye gets a computer mouse with the late Apple founder's
signature for Father's Day and meets another Apple executive Steve Wozniak for
36th birthday.
Kanye West reveals on Twitter what special gift he
received from Kim Kardashian for his first Father's Day. Turns out the new dad
got Apple computer mice signed by the high-tech company's founders Steve Jobs
and Steve Wozniak.
Kanye posted a picture of the gift on his account. The
mouse signed by the late Apple founder seemed to be a second hand, while the
other with Wozniak's signature looked brand new. "One of the other gifts
my girl gave me for fathers day," he wrote.
Kanye did consider Steve as one of his idols as the
outspoken lyricist once said, "I think what Kanye West is going to mean is
something similar to what Steve Jobs means. I am undoubtedly, you know, Steve
of Internet, downtown, fashion, culture. Period."
The other present he got from Kim was for his birthday.
His baby mama, who bought him a luxe Lamborghini for his last year's special
day, invited Wozniak this time around to meet the rap mogul who turned 36 on
June 8, and the Apple executive met the couple's newborn daughter North West in
the process.
"I've seen a lot of babies," Woz told Piers
Morgan. "And a baby represents the love between the people, and that meant
more to me and the love that Kim was showing to Kanye, just because he was
interested in technology and companies, she - as a birthday present - she had
me up there to meet him."
