Daniele Bonera said Milan just needed a little time “to
understand” new Coach Clarence Seedorf’s ideas.
The Rossoneri appear to be rediscovering their form after
a run of four consecutive defeats in all competition raised question marks over
Seedorf’s situation.
“Milan’s objectives should’ve been very different, but at
this moment we really care about qualifying for the Europa League,” defender
Bonera told Sky Sport Italia.
“Seedorf is pretty calm, though of course the defeats
affect everyone, even the club. We just needed time to understand get in sync
with his ideas.
“Clarence is a Coach who likes a certain type of
dialogue, so we all needed to just settle in and get to know each other.”
Milan are reliant upon their stars in attack, such as
Ricky Kaka and Mario Balotelli.
“Seeing Kaka with the Rossoneri jersey is always a dream
and I’d be very happy if he were to stay on.
“Too much has been said about Balotelli. We want a
certain type of performance from him, not just goals.”
