Quartet invited for NNL Super Four

While the Super Four competition of Nigeria's elite football division remains on hold, the Nigeria National League (NNL) has fixed a date to host its own version of the competition.

The essence of the NNL Super Four is to help determine the true champion of the second-tier Nigeria National League.

To the end, the organizers of the NNL have summoned the four club's that gained promotion to participate in next season's Premier League to Abuja, to take part in the Super Four which is scheduled to hold at the FIFA Goal Project between November 12 and November 14.



The participating clubs are; Giwa FC of Jos and FC Taraba who gained promotion from Group A, as well as Abia Warriors FC of Umuahia and Crown FC of Ogbomosho who gained promotion from Group B of the NNL.

In a statement released by the released by NNL Secretary, Lawrence Katken, the invited clubs were urged to report to Abuja on or before November 12, as arrangements have been made to organise a hitch-free competition.
