Chelsea FC announce new signing

2013 Uefa Europa League champions Chelsea FC have announced a new sponsorship deal, which will see Hackett London become the team’s ‘official supplier of formal wear’ until 2016.

Under the agreement the British menswear brand will dress the first-team squad, management and coaching staff of the English Premier League club.

“I have lived and worked in Chelsea and our flagship store is located in Chelsea, so when I was approached to dress the Chelsea team in formal kit it seemed the perfect opportunity to support the local team,” added chairman and co-founder of Hackett London, Jeremy Hackett. “Football has moved on tremendously in the last decade and Chelsea is now not only a first-class football team but also globally popular in markets where we too are growing our brand. The fact that Chelsea play in the Hackett colours is an added bonus.”
