Andy Murray looks set to retain the services of coach
Amelie Mauresmo after the pair joined forces ahead of this year's Wimbledon
Championships.
The Frenchwomen's appointment has yet to be confirmed but
reports in Florida claim she will be installed before Murray embarks on the
North American hardcourt season next month.
Mauresmo, winner of the Wimbledon and Australian Open
singles titles in 2006, has been working with the 27-year-old Scot in Miami in
recent days.
Murray has admitted enjoying his training sessions with
the 35-year-old former world No 1 since teaming up with Mauresmo at the start
of the grasscourt season in early June.
The British No 1 split with former coach Ivan Lendl
earlier in the year after the eight-time Grand Slam winner decided to cut back
on his travelling commitments.
Murray, whose Wimbledon title defence ended at the quarter-final
stage at the hands of Grigor Dimitrov, will open his hardcourt season at the
Rogers Cup in Toronto at the start of August.
