Michael Babatunde is confident the Super Eagles will do
well at the World Cup despite failing to win any of their friendly games.
The Super Eagles followed draws against Scotland and
Mexico with a 1-2 loss to the USA but the forward says the team is better than
the results so far show.
"We have played well in our friendly matches, but we
have a very good team," Babatunde told KickOffNigeria.com.
"Against the USA, we played well, but we lost 2-1.
That is football."
And as the team left the USA for Brazil, the 24-year-old
says they can only improve.
"I don't think we have anything to worry about, we
have a very good team and we will improve at the World Cup."
Nigeria open their campaign against Iran on June 16.
