DEAR STEPHEN KESHI!!! PART 4

The Record Breaker - The Big Boss, Stephen Keshi....
The jinx was broken after 16 years and Stephen Keshi made history yet again, the first indigenous African Coach to take an African Team to the World Cup Last 16. He needs all the SUPPORT in the world to continue breaking the records.

But let us look at lingering issues of the game;

Dear Keshi, now that Joseph Yobo has achieved the much deserved 100 caps – can we rest him for subsequent matches? We were caught sleeping at back on several occasions and irritatingly lost possessions in the middle of the park. Bosnia must take part of credit because if not for them, well....?  Godfrey Oboabona was passed fit against Argentina and I believe his connection and adaptation with Kenneth Omeruo is needed against a French team with so much pace and counter attacking football. Yobo should be RESTED and not dropped so as to give room to Godrey Oboabona at the heart of the defence. Thank You Joseph Yobo!

Joseph Yobo needs to be RESTED....

Dear Keshi, it’s crystal clear like the biblical tekker tekker that Sunday Mba’s absence was felt yet again in the game. Micheal Babatunde has been fantastic so far BUT we all saw the kemistry between Ogenyi Onazi, Sunday Mba and John Obi Mikel at AFCON (It was a compact midfield). Some parts of the media are already calling for the head of Mikel (to be replaced by Ramon Azeez) but a better role in the midfield can change their judgements. John Obi Mikel needs to play in the hole and right behind Emmanuel Emenike.

Dear Keshi, Ahmed Musa deserves all the praises in this world for putting up such a STRANGE performance against Argentina. It was a game he proved everyone wrong including himself.  With a pacey French side, Musa needs to put that kind of performance to break yet another record for Nigeria. Long Live the Performance in Ahmed Musa!!!

And finally, we can’t take anything away from the hard work, fight, determination and commitment of Emmanuel Emenike but we want more – Nigerians want goals from him. If as a No9, we can add his tally of goals to the team, maybe, at Brasilia, we will have a good chance against France. Just maybe!

We need a good performance plus solve most of these PROBLEMS against France on Monday. WE ARE THE SUPER EAGLES!!!
