As a True Nigerian & Sport Lover , I’m always on the
lookout for new talent from Nigeria doing well in different sports. Henry
Fadipe nick named Herculeez have cut my eyes with his great skills and
techniques in the EFC Africa and he’s just
22 years old.
Fadipe started boxing at the age of 13 years due to
racism in Ireland and within a short time; he was a green belter in karate and
at 17 he was introduced to Mixed Martial Arts, a year later – he turned pro.
During this short rise to stardom that was caused by racism
among his peers, Fadipe has won titles and honours like Top 5 in the Irish
Middleweight division, Former Cage Gods Middleweight Champion and Current ISKA
K-1 Champion at 81kg.
On Thursday, May 1, EFC Africa hosted its 29th event from
Carnival City Casino in Johannesburg, South Africa.
In the night’s main event, the promotion’s welterweight
title was on the line between Dino Bagattin and the Nigeria-born, Henry Fadipe.
The contest did not last long as Fadipe stopped Bagattin in the first round
with a vicious knockout.
Henry Fadipe is currently THE WELTERWEIGHT CHAMPION at
just the age of 22.
