Ricardo Kaka spoke of his happiness toward Keisuke Honda
and also on how well AC Milan are playing after Monday night’s 2-1 win over
Genoa.
The result meant Milan have now won three games on the
bounce for the first time this season thanks to goals from Adel Taarabt and a
first Milan goal for Honda.
“At the start of the game it was tough and congested, we
could not find space,” Kaka told Milan Channel.
‘’But when [Philippe]
Mexes gave me the ball, I was able to pick out Taarabt as I knew that he
was there.
‘’He was very good at beating his man and did well to
score.
When asked about how tough the game was, he responded,
‘’Yes, we knew it would be a tough game and it was.’
“The team has play well though and we know what we are
doing.
“We now have three wins in a row and four positive
results.
“We are coming together.’’
The interview concluded when asked about Hondas
contribution to the win.
‘’Honda has always been working hard for some time to
help the team,’’ he said.
‘’The goal has given him a morale boost and we are all
really happy for him.’’
