Barcelona will today hold a referendum for members of the
future of Camp Nou and the proposed redevelopment of the stadium.
AS reports there are 118,578 members entitled to vote on
the project that if it is given the go-ahead, would cost in the region of
€600m.
The question posed to members is: ‘Do you approve the
proposed new Camp Nou, Barca Space and the new Palau Blaugrana?’
Barca are at home to Real Betis today and the Barca board
has said that they will accept the outcome of the vote regardless of the number
of members who participate.
