Heartland will set up a training camp in Orlu to prepare
for the new league season, which kicks off on February 23.
The Owerri club have been training in Nekede, but are
expected to soon shift to Orlu to step up their build-up for the coming
campaign.
Meanwhile, former Rangers defender Ambrose Onyeama has
said he hopes to join ‘The Naze Millionaires’ after he quit the Dolphins.
Heartland are also due to soon receive some of their
outstanding payments from the Imo State Government, officials have disclosed.
Last term, Heartland grappled with financial problems to
finish 11th on the table with 52 points from 38 matches.
