Addison Ulhaq, a DJ who claims that Bieber spat on his
face and insulted his family at the Social Room in Columbus, has filed a police
report against the 'Baby' singer.
A DJ who accuses Justin Bieber of spitting on his face
has filed a police report against the 19-year-old pop star. The DJ, Addison
Ulhaq, reportedly was involved in an altercation with Bieber and his crew at
the Social Room in Columbus on July 13. Bieber's crew allegedly told Ulhaq to
stop taking pictures of the singer at the VIP room, but the DJ denied taking
pictures of the Biebs.

According to a document obtained by TMZ, "The victim
stated that the suspect told him that 'His mother was a b*tch, his father was a
b*tch and he is a b*tch,' " before spitting to him. Ulhaq's lawyer said
that Bieber's saliva and mucus hit his client's eye, nose, and mouth.
Ulhaq claimed that later he went to hospital to get
tested for hepatitis and the tests came back negative. "The victim stated
that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the
incident," the police said in the document. So far, there are no criminal
charges filed against the singer.
Bieber keeps making negative headlines with his antics.
Earlier this month, a video of him urinating in janitor's bucket surfaced. He
was also caught in the tape cursing at Bill Clinton for no reason. The
"Beauty and a Beat" singer apologized to Clinton for his thoughtless
action.
