Making their first music in 2007, Swedish House Mafia is
now one of the prominent names in electronic dance music. From headlining music
festivals to releasing hit songs, they paved their way to international stardom
with just two albums.
As a follow-up to their commercially successful 2010
compilation album "Until One", they released "Until Now" in
October 2012. Having climbed high on Hot Dance Club Songs chart with their
songs, the Swedish trio scored their first No. 1 song on Billboard Hot 100 with
"Don't You Worry Child" featuring John Martin from the second album.
Currently on top of their performance, the electronic
group consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso decided to
disband. "Today we want to share with you, that the tour we are about to
go on will be our last. We want to thank every single one of you that came with
us on this journey. We came, we raved, we loved," they announced in June.
They kicked off the North American leg of their farewell
tour, aptly called "One Last Tour", earlier February and will wrap it
up in March. Angello said of their breakup, "We just decided that we
reached a point where we didn't know what the next move would be" and
"we've had beyond our dreams and we've come very, very far."
