Luis Suarez is refusing to apologise for publicly stating
he wants to leave Liverpool as Arsenal hope for peace talks ahead of tabling an
improved bid for the striker, according to the Mirror.
The controversial Uruguayan went public with his desire
to leave Anfield last week claiming the club had reneged on a promise to let
him leave if a club in the Champions League came in with a bid in excess of
£40m, insisting he’s both a verbal and written agreement.
