Yaya Toure has taken to social media to quash rumours
that he is unhappy at Manchester City.
Former City man Rodney Marsh had alleged that the
30-year-old was becoming increasingly unsettled at the Etihad Stadium with the
club's inconsistency in the Premier League this season.
But Toure, currently on international duty with the Ivory
Coast, has refuted Marsh's claims in a tweet which also included a picture of
him alongside brother Kolo.
"Hey buddies, don't listen to the rumors, I'm happy
at city..the Toure brothers are in Casa and are missing Manchester," he
wrote.
Toure started and played 90 minutes for his country in
their 3-1 World Cup qualifying play-off victory at home over Senegal on
Tuesday.
The return leg will be contested on Saturday at the Stade
Mohamed V in Casablanca on Saturday.
