Hamburg came from behind three times as they rescued a
3-3 draw against Stuttgart in an entertaining Bundesliga encounter at the
Imtech Arena.
Alexandru Maxim put the visitors ahead after only three
minutes, with Pierre Michel Lasogga levelling in the 22nd minute.
Christian Gentner made it 2-1 eight minutes before the
break, only for Maximilian Beister to equalise in the 55th minute. A Johan
Djourou own goal in the 64th minute put Stuttgart in front yet again, but
Rafael Van der Vaart made it 3-3 just three minutes later.
And Stuttgart ended the game on the back foot after
having Antonio Rudiger sent off five minutes from time. The draw left Stuttgart
in eighth place and Hamburg fourth from bottom.
Wolfsburg also came from behind as they won 2-1 at Augsburg.
The home side led after ten minutes through Tobias Werner, but the Wolves
struck back twice before half-time thanks to goals from Maximilian Arnold and
Luiz Gustavo.
