It’s actually been a long time since Taylor had a boyfriend (can you believe it?), but a source close to the lovesick singer reveals to that she’s back on the prowl. And she might have a few new preferences this time around!

Taylor Swift’s “Red” tour has kept her mind off of romance for months — she hasn’t had a boyfriend since Harry Styles, if you can believe that — but it might finally be time for the “22″ singer to get back in the saddle. So what kind of guy is Taylor searching for now?

Taylor, who has shows scheduled for her “Red” tour through December, is telling her friends that when she finally gets time off, she’s going to start thinking about love again, a source close to her says.So watch out good-looking guys aged between 20 and 40!

Taylor can be such a sucker for love, a girl who from time to time seems to pick the wrong guys on purpose because she subconsciously enjoys the drama of bad romances. But this time around, the source says that she’s actually altering her boyfriend criteria.

“She wants to focus on old-fashioned dates and finding a real guy who can make her happy — whether he’s famous or not,” the source says. That last part is huge. Taylor has pretty much stuck to dating stars, and obviously nothing great has come of that, so recognizing that she might need an everyday guy is a huge step.

It sounds like she has her priorities straight this time: “She’s just going to shift her focus from the Hollywood guys to the more down-to-earth guys who can give her some stability and make her feel loved and not used.”
