Southampton striker Ricky Lambert says his selection for
England gives others hope that if they work hard they will get a chance at
international level.
The 31-year-old has been called up to the national squad
for the first time after scoring 15 goals in his debut season in the Premier
League last term.
England face Scotland at Wembley on Wednesday where
Lambert could partner a fit again Wayne Rooney up front.
