Chelsea assistant Steve Holland says Jose Mourinho was
right to vent his frustration at Cardiff's perceived time wasting on Saturday.
Mourinho was sent to the stands after berating the officials during the 4-1 win
over Cardiff at Stamford Bridge, and then sent Holland to face the media after
the game.
The Chelsea boss and Holland both told fourth official Trevor Kettle
of their unhappiness with Cardiff's tactics on "countless occasions",
without it being acted upon. "His frustration was clear and, in my
opinion, totally justified," Holland said. "Why would it take an hour
before finally an issue was addressed? He showed his frustration and then was
sent to the stands."
