Justin Bieber Cleared in Paparazzo Hit-and-Run Case

The 'Never Say Never' singer won't be charged for allegedly hitting a photographer when leaving a comedy club last month.

Justin Bieber is off the hook in a paparazzo hit-an-run case. Prosecutors decide not to file charges against the teen singer because there was "insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured."

Bieber allegedly hit a photographer with his sports car when leaving the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles on June 17. In a video from the scene, he was actually seen motioning the shutterbugs to clear out of the way but they apparently did not step aside fast enough.

Kim Kardashian says she just had a scary experience. The heavily-pregnant reality TV star took to Twitter to reveal to her followers that she almost had a car accident, blaming a photographer who kept following her.

"A paparazzi almost crashed into my car today!" Kanye West's baby mama alerted her fans. "I am still shaking!" She additionally tweeted, "He put me in such danger! When will this legalized stalking stop???!!!???"

Her scary run-in with the paparazzo came just a few days after her beau Kanye suffered bruise on his forehead when he smacked his head into a signpost for trying to avoid shutterbugs while they were out house-hunting.

In a new interview with Fabulous, Kim reveals how pregnancy changed her. "I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend," she explains.

While noting that she and Kanye "live different lives," the mom-to-be says, "But I love being open. That's who I've always been and sharing so much of myself - I love that. That'll never change because that is who I am. It's more about gearing up to protect other people."

Commenting on the issue of protecting her baby from the media scrutiny, she says, "It does worry me when I think about it. But, at the same time, my little sisters have grown up so amazingly, with really good heads on their shoulders."
