Khloe Kardashian put her problems behind as she stepped out September 2 to celebrate Labor Day with her pals. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was flashing smiles as she arrived at a house party hosted by Katy Perry in Hollywood, CA.

Khloe who is rumored splitting from Lamar Odom due to his continued drug issues looked fab in daisy dukes and a black v-neck tee with a flannel shirt wrapped around her waist. Letting her two-toned hair down, she finished off her look with aviator glasses and Timberland boots.

John Mayer Denies Dissing Taylor Swift In 'Paper Doll'

The 'Your Body Is a Wonderland' singer won't admit that the latest single off 'Paradise Valley' is written as a response to her ex-girlfriend's song about him, 'Dear John'.

John Mayer visited "Today" show at New York's Rockefeller Plaza on Friday, July 5, to promote his newest album, "Paradise Valley". In the interview, the 35-year-old singer addressed rumor that his newest single, "Paper Doll", was about ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift.

"There's been some speculation from the press that it might be about someone. True or false?" host Willie Geist asked. Mayer then answered, "Yeah, songwriters write songs because of people, about people. Anything someone else wrote is their reception of a song. I don't get involved with [it]. It's none of my business."

Fans have been speculating that "Paper Doll" was written by Mayer to respond to Swift's "Dear John". In the song, Swift clearly blasts Mayer as she sings, "I'll look back and regret how I ignored when they said run as fast as you can."

In "Paper Doll", Mayer fires back at Swift, singing, "You're like 22 girls in one/ And none of them know what they're running from/ Was it just too far to fall for a little paper doll?"

Previously, Mayer slammed Swift's decision to write a song about their short-lived relationship. In a 2012 interview with Rolling Stone magazine, he said, "As a songwriter, I think it's kind of cheap songwriting."

"I know she's the biggest thing in the world, and I'm not trying to sink anybody's ship, but I think it's abusing your talent to rub your hands together and go, 'Wait till he gets a load of this!' That's bulls**t," he continued.

During his stop to "Today", Mayer also hit the stage to perform "Paper Doll" and "Waiting on the World to Change". 

John Mayer Confirms Split From Katy Perry on 'Ellen DeGeneres Show'

The 'Your Body Is a Wonderland' singer comes to the show hosted by Ellen DeGeneres to chat about his dating life and his health after he took a break from singing to heal his ailing vocal cords.

Ellen DeGeneres wasted no time to ask John Mayer a sensitive subject when the 35-year-old singer visited "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" this week. Less than two weeks after splitting for the second time from singer Katy Perry, Mayer talked about it in public for the first time.

"The last time I saw you, you were at the Grammys," said DeGeneres. "You were sitting on the same row as Portia and I with Katy. I know Katy, she is a good friend as well, and I know that since then, you're not together any more."

"Correct," Mayer confirmed the breakup. However, he insisted on keeping the details private. "Listen, it was a very private relationship going in. It was a private relationship during, and it's a private relationship, still," he said.

"I can understand asking the question based on some previous answers I have given, but I have finally learned how to put the wall between one thing and the other. I've been much happier since then. I'm on the same journey as everyone else. Coupling is a tricky thing," he continued.

DeGeneres later brought up a question about his vocal health. Last year, Mayer was diagnosed with a granuloma (severe tissue inflammation on his vocal chords) that kept him quiet for over a year. "Half of it is over-use and singing and singing and singing," he explained. "The other stuff is you know, what you put into your body."

Mayer then revealed that his own bad habit of drinking scotch contributed to his ailing vocal cords. "It didn't help that I really loved, loved, loved scotch," he said. "It's just like applying poison to your body. It's like applying a shellac of poison. It's just delicious, wonderful poison, that makes you not care how late you're out til or where you're going. I had to really say, 'I like singing and writing more than I like delicious scotch.' So I had to really dial it down. And I'm a little more boring now."
