Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone has admitted to being
keen on the opportunity of taking over reigns at Inter Milan at some stage.
The 43-year-old was a player of the Nerazzurri between
1997 and 1999 and won the UEFA Cup during his time with them.
He expressed interest in a return to the San Siro, after
rumours surfaced that the new regime at Inter wants him to make the club a
European force once again.
"Inter? It would be an honour," Simeone told Il
Giornale. "But for now, all that talk is left to the newspapers.
