AC Milan have completed the signing of Stefan Simic in a
permanent transfer from Genoa according to Sky.
The two clubs held a meeting to reportedly discuss a
potential swap deal involving M’Baye Niang and Juraj Kucka.
However the talks have resulted in the signing of the
young Czech Republican who will join Milan’s Primavera team.
