Some neighbors reportedly are upset because of the loud noise coming from the 'Look at Me Now' singer's rented mansion in Honolulu.

Chris Brown apparently has caused problem again with his neighbor. According to TMZ, the "Fine China" singer angered his neighbors because he threw a noisy party at his rented mansion in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Chris, who had a gig in the city last week, rented a mansion $2,450 per night during his stay. He later hosted a party at the 5,100 square feet property which also features a pool and spa. Neighbors who were disturbed with the loud noise reportedly complained to the house's owner. There were no other clashes between the singer and his neighbors for the rest of his stay.

A hit-and-run charge against Chris Brown has been dismissed by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Christine Ewell after the "With You" singer and the other motorist Olga Kovalenko reached civil compromise. According to TMZ, Kovalenko wanted the case dismissed because the damage was minor.

Report: Chris Brown Suffers a Seizure at L.A. Recording Studio

The 'Fine China' singer reportedly suffers seizure, but refuses to be treated or transported to the hospital.

Officials at the Los Angeles City Fire Department rushed to a Hollywood recording studio after receiving a 911 call that reported Chris Brown suffered a seizure. 

According to TMZ, the call from Record Plant recording studios came in on Friday, August 9 at 01:09 A.M..

When help arrived, however, Brown refused treatment. The 24-year-old singer also turned down offer to be transported to the hospital. It is not yet confirmed whether Brown did indeed have a seizure, but the site said that Brown suffered seizures as a child.

Drake Says Brawl With Chris Brown 'Could End Really Badly'

The 26-year-old 'Successful' rapper says in a magazine interview that 'I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk' with Brown.

Rapper Drake talks about his all-out fight with Chris Brown which took place in a New York City nightclub last year in a recent interview featured in July edition of GQ. "I hear he has everything he could want now," he tells the magazine, referring to the fact that Brown and Rihanna were back together then.

The rapper confesses that he wants to talk to the "With You" singer about the incident. "I don't want my name to be synonymous with that guy's name. I really don't. I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that's not going to happen. I'm not confrontational, but if someone challenges, I'm not going to back down," the "Take Care" hitmaker explains.

Drake, however, admits that he is embarrassed with negative headlines that emerged from the brawl. "It's embarrassing, the amount of media coverage. Two rappers fighting over the woman. He's not even a rapper, but still, it's the last way you want your name out there. It distracts from the music. But he's made me the enemy, and that's the way it's gonna stay, I guess," Drake says.

He adds, "If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly." When the magazine asks what he means, the Canadian rapper only says, "Like, it gets really dark."

Drake and Brown were partying at W.i.P nightclub in Manhattan last June, when the two reportedly exchanged rude texts and bottles to each other. Drake was said sending a note to Brown, suggesting that he slept with Rihanna. The note presumably led to the bloody feud.

Photos of the club which were taken after the fight show that the club was in a mess with shattered glasses and spilled alcohol on the floor. A bodyguard was pictured having a nasty wound on his forehead, while basketball player Tony Parker who was at the club had a scratched retina. Brown and Drake himself were injured in the incident.

Chris Brown Disses Drake at Hollywood Nightclub

Chris Brown stoked the fires of his beef with rapper Drake at a Hollywood music venue on Wednesday, as he performed a six-song impromptu set after hearing a snippet of his rival's new single.

Brown rolled into The Emerson Theater with a group of friends, after hitting a charity function in at Studio City, California, bowling alley Pinz, and the singer was inspired to do a lot more than party.

When the house DJ cued up Drake's new single "Started From The Bottom," an omg! source says Brown immediately requested a microphone.
"The DJ can play this s***, but I want you all to know…F*** Drake!" Brown said, addressing the club with his middle finger raised.

The crowd was divided: Some revelers on the dance floor joined him in flipping the finger, while others barked out asking him to drop the microphone and let the night resume.
That wasn't happening. Brown immediately burst into song, running through his hits like "Turn Up The Music" and "Beautiful People."

We can't knock him. Dominating the soundtrack is a creative and peaceful solution to dissing a fellow entertainer. Just ask Reggie Bush – the NFL player and Kim Kardashian's former boyfriend was in the house, and eventually jumped up beside Brown and acted as his hype man.

Brown and Drake have had issues since a nightclub altercation in June of 2012, allegedly over Brown's girlfriend Rihanna.

After his spontaneous performance, the 23-year-old, rocking a Miami Hurricanes hoodie, sipped Ace of Spades rosé and plenty of vodka.

And it wasn't all beef all night. Brown sent more than $10,000 worth of champagne (approximately six bottles) to former Dallas Cowboy and football legend Michael Irvin, who was celebrating his birthday.

Brown bounced around 2 a.m. through the rear patio, passing actor Chris Pine, who enjoyed his evening with friends and a few cocktails.

Maybe Brown was running on fumes? On Wednesday, he had just returned from performing in Ghana, West Africa, and on the way home, reportedly had an argument with his bodyguard Big Pat, whom he left stranded in the island country.

Earlier Wednesday evening, at the aforementioned charity event at Pinz, Brown reportedly exploded at a valet guy over a $10 charge.

Chris Brown Reportedly Fights With Bodyguard, Leaves Him in Bermuda

It sounds like Chris Brown has some beef with his bodyguard.

While in Bermuda earlier today, the 23-year-old singer reportedly got into an altercation with his pal and bodyguard Big Pat aboard their private plane, which had stopped to refuel.

An airport worker tells the Bermuda Sun, "I'm not sure of the details of what happened on the plane but his plane came in, got serviced and everything was finishing and they were getting ready to leave. Then there was a stall."

According to the paper, Brown's bodyguard (or "security guard") then exited the plane, followed by Brown and another man.

"They had to come inside to customs," the source continued. "The security guard came inside [an airport building] and said he wasn't getting back on the plane," because of some sort of incident he had with Rihanna's man.

"Chris went back through customs and the plane left at about 2:20 p.m.," the source said.

After the reported spat, Big Pat reportedly a flight back to JFK airport.

Brown's rep did not immediately comment.
